New Project Now Available!

CLARA has completed a new project titled "Coloring a Rhapsody." It is available now as both a download and as a CD.

Here is what she says about the project:

When i was younger, whether at home sitting at the upright piano, or at school in a comfy corner of my mind ~ music took me to another world. A place where i could feel beauty, not just see or hear it. An imaginary land in which i could come and go as i pleased; an instant escape.

I remember one day having the realization that the music i heard in my head was different and possibly special. I began to think if i could bring other people inside to hear and feel what i felt, it could be a gift. And so i began composing and arranging music.

I now live in Nashville, a land of dreamers, musicians, singers and songwriters. I like to think we are explorers. Our job is to mine the mountains of our imagination, dig for description and find feeling and freedom. Each day i write and record from my home studio hoping to draw listeners into this world of beauty that i love with all of my heart.

Over the next year i will be working on a project entitled "Coloring a Rhapsody". As i create this collection, i will post individual songs and sheet music on my websites. I hope they will lift your spirits and be a happy place for you to be, even if just for a few minutes.
